Before we start working with eHelpdesk, we need to know what eHelpdesk is and its basic features.

What is eHelpdesk?

eHelpdesk is a cloud-base application with two user interfaces namely Support Portal and Customer Portal to provide an easier and more convenient communication process between support team and their customers.

Comment a ticket in eHelpdesk

Customer portal

  • This is the main user interface where customers can login, access, create an update ticket.
  • Easy to search available articles to solve the problem

Support Portal

  • This is where internal support accesses the helpdesk system. It will provide:
  • Tickets for all customers, all projects, and can be filtered or grouped by.
  • Internal discussions and comments can be hidden from the customers.
  • Workflow and escalation procedures.
  • Integration to an optional eTask project to track assigned support tasks
